Band 5, RMN, Rehabilitation and Recovery Service, North London

Are you an RMN wishing to develop your skills within the NHS? 

We are recruiting RMNs to work in a rehabilitation and recovery service in North London.  You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enable service users to work towards independent living.  The service is based on an integrated model of care, with links to local mental health services.

Full-time and part-time hours are offered to suit your availability. 

The role will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support plans to service users with complex needs
  • Supporting service users to gain independent living skills
  • Carrying out assessments to identify and prioritise needs
  • Medication administration

Essential Experience: Applicants must have 6 months post registration experience and have an interest in working with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
